updates on the Kite Festival. March 4, 2010 The Kite Festival will be held on it's usual grounds between Barton Springs Road and Lady Bird Lake. This area is now known as the Great Lawn. Barton Springs Road will be closed from 9am to 6pm on Sunday March 7 for the Kite Festival. At this time we are fully staffed with volunteers. The Palmer Events Center parking garage on Barton Springs Road (east of Lamar) will have all day parking available for $7.00. See our blog for more information. |
