	General Information - Some things you need to know: 1. We do not accept vendors of credit cards, time shares, sunglasses, clothing or cell phone service. 2. This is a family event. If it won't work at Disney World, it won't work here. The Kite Festival Committee reserves the right to pull off the field any operation or materials at any time. 3. The Exchange Club has exclusivity in selling soft drinks. 4. A sponsor is granted exclusivity in kite sales. 5. Vehicles are not allowed to park on the field. Trailers need to be approved in advance. There is special parking close by for support vehicles. 6. We cannot accept vendors less than 2 weeks out from the event date. Deadlines for issuance of permits does not allow a late entry. 7. Speaking of permits: Food vendors will need a Health Department Temporary Food Operations permit ($35). All vendors will need a Parks and Recreation vending permit ($50). These fees are paid in advance to the Exchange Club who, in turn, will process all the necessary paperwork and furnish it to the vendor. 8. Vendors need to be covered by liability insurance and will be asked to sign a waiver.
